U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP)

• Aggregate Trade Statistics — CBP provides trade data including revenue collection, trade remedies, and enforcement actions starting with Fiscal Year 2018.
• Trade and Travel Fiscal Year 2022 Annual Report — CBP publishes an annual report that summarizes their trade and travel facilitation and enforcement efforts.
• Intellectual Property Rights Seizure Statistics — CBP provides annual reports (PDF) on intellectual property rights seizures starting with Fiscal Year 2003.
• Intellectual Property Rights Seizures Dashboard. — CBP provides an interactive dashboard with data on seizures by trading partner, product, and mode of transportation.
• Commodity Status Reports. — CBP provides commodity status reports and current and historic tariff preference levels.
• Quota Bulletins — CBP issues bulletins with trade quota information.
• Customs Rulings Online Search System — CBP provides a searchable database with customs rulings.

U.S. Immigrations and Customs Enforcement (ICE)

• ICE Information Library — ICE provides an information library which includes fiscal year reports with aggregate statistics on intellectual property and illicit trade.

National Intellectual Property Rights Coordination Center (DHS affiliated)

• National Intellectual Property Rights Coordination Center — The National Intellectual Property Rights Coordination Center, which coordinates with 25 federal and international government agencies, provides statistics on intellectual property theft and commercial fraud.
